Scoring details

The details of how your score and ranking is computed are explained below.

You play in a competition by playing online games. For some competitions, a game only counts if all players are member of that competition.
A game will never count in more than one competition at the same time.
A game with computer players will never count.
The winner of a game wins the total face value of all cards or tiles in the hands of all opponents. A joker counts as 30.
The losers of a game lose the total face value of all cards or tiles in their hands.
Your points won and lost are kept in a running total. Ranking in the chart is based on your total or average score (depending on the settings of the competition) over all your games.
A competition can be played in recurring rounds. At the end of a round, the player with the highest total or average score is the winner of that round.
If a competition has rounds, then at the end of each round:
A golden star is awarded to the player at #1.
If there are more than 10 players in the competition, a silver star is awarded to the player at #2.
If there are more than 20 players in the competition, a green star are awarded to the player at #3.
If there are more than 30 players in the competition, another green star are awarded to the player at #4.
If there are more than 40 players in the competition, another green star are awarded to the player at #5.
A flower is awarded as a consolation prize to the lowest ranked player who has a score higher than zero.
Only the five awards most recently won are listed with a players name.
At the beginning of the next tournament round, all scores are reset to zero.
The general online and competition terms apply for every competition.
Each competition can have additional terms. If you don't comply with the terms, the competition owner is allowed to remove you from that competition.
